About CloudWise-IT

An engineer-led managed service provider, thirteen years in, supporting UK businesses from one person to well over a thousand — including as backup support for in-house IT teams. The name is the pitch: we make businesses wise about the cloud — including when not to use it.

01 · The company

Built by engineers, still run by them

The team behind CloudWise-IT carries more than fifty years of combined professional IT and telecommunications experience — systems design, builds, migrations and over two decades of SAP Business One, S/4HANA and ERP experience across manufacturing, FMCG and beyond. That history shapes how we work: document everything, monitor everything, and never let a client find out about a problem before we do.

We work remotely first, which is why we can support clients anywhere in the UK, and we come to site when the job needs hands — installations, audits, or just meeting the people we talk to every week.

02 · Why us

The phone gets answered

By a person, on a UK helpdesk, who can usually fix it during the call. Response times go in the contract, in writing, and get reported against.

Engineers end to end

The person who quotes your job is an engineer. So is the person who scopes it, builds it and supports it. There is no sales layer to translate through.

ERP and IT, one number

Independent SAP Business One specialists and a Microsoft Partner under the same roof — the combination that saves you refereeing two suppliers.

Plain-English reporting

Monthly reports a managing director can read: what happened, what it cost, what’s ageing, what to budget for. No dashboard theatre.

The call

Meet us before you commit

A first call costs nothing and carries no obligation — most of them end with free advice either way.
