Why "independent" is the point
Most SAP Business One support in the UK comes from certified resellers whose consultants are measured on licence and add-on sales. Ours aren't. We took a deliberate decision not to hold a direct SAP partnership so that when we recommend an upgrade, an add-on or doing nothing at all, the advice has no commission behind it. Buyers usually find us after the official-partner relationship has gone quiet — the system works, the invoices arrive, the phone doesn't get answered.
Taking over is undramatic: we audit the B1 installation and the infrastructure it sits on, document both, take over monitoring, and agree a support routine before we change anything. If you keep your existing SAP partner for licensing, we work alongside them.
What it costs
A monthly support agreement, priced after we've seen the system — user count, add-ons, integrations and the state of the database all move the number. We don't publish rates; call us and you'll have a written quote after one conversation.
Who it suits
- Manufacturing, FMCG and distribution businesses running SAP Business One as the system of record
- Companies whose MSP and SAP partner blame each other — we take both jobs
- Firms wanting a second opinion on an upgrade, HANA migration or hosting move without a sales agenda
